Blazing Saddles is a trail race on March 14, 2026, at Codorus State Park, Pavilion #3 in Hanover, PA. The event is presented by the York Road Runners Club and the York Ridge Runners. Course, distances, aid, and rules

The race uses the Ranger Trail, composed of singletrack, horse trails, and less than one mile of road. The loop includes runnable hills, mud, and possible snow. An aid station is located at mile 8 and provides water, electrolyte drinks, and food.

Distances:

  • 50K - four loops of the trail
  • 25K - two loops of the trail
  • 8 Miler - one full loop of the trail

Event rules include visible bibs, no bib transfers, no littering, and staying on the marked trail. Runners who withdraw must turn in their bib. There are no pacers, no crews, no deferrals, and no refunds. Top three men and top three women receive prizes. Registered participants by Feb 18 receive event swag.
