The event is a timed run held at Blaise Castle Estate in Bristol (Kings Weston Road, BS10 7QS). There are two distance options offered.

The course winds past landmarks described as Lovers Leap and Goram's Chair and circles Blaise Tower. Parts of the route are off road and may be slippery, so trail shoes are recommended. The route is signposted; participants are asked to stick to the marked route.
Entries are available for singles and couples. Single entrants receive a yellow heart race number with chip timing. Couples entry includes two red race numbers with chip timing and combined times are used for the Couples Run Award. All finishers receive a heart medal and ribbon.
Registration is located near the start/finish arch and there is a bag and key drop available. There are parking charges in the estate car park and some off street parking nearby. A warm up and race brief take place at the race start. Participants should arrive early to register and collect their timed run number.
