Event overview

The Rodeo Stampede - Waco takes place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Indian Springs Park, 101 N University Parks Dr, Waco, TX 76701. The event is organized by Bigfoot Running Company and proceeds rain or shine. Packet pickup is offered 1.5 hours before the event start. Course surfaces may include paved trails, crushed granite and occasional dirt paths. Aid stations will provide water on course and snacks and refreshments will be available at the race rally tent.

Distances offered:

• Kids Dash - about 50 m, for ages 10 and under, not timed.
• 1 Mile - not chip timed.
• 5K - 3.11 miles, chip timed.
• Quarter Marathon - 6.55 miles, chip timed.
• Half Marathon - 13.1 miles, chip timed.
• Volunteer then Run 5K - 3.11 miles, limited to first 5 sign-ups; includes a custom chip-timed bib, tee, and finisher medal.
• Virtual Run

All finishers receive a medal and a shirt. The event awards 1st overall trophies for male and female finishers and special recognition pins for masters (40+); standard age-group pins are listed for multiple age ranges. A Cowboy Costume Contest will be held; the crowd selects the winner, who receives a free entry to a future Bigfoot race, the "Rodeo Runslinger" trophy and a Bigfoot prize pack.
