The Bigfoot 20 Mile Run is scheduled for August 14, 2026, in Cougar, Washington. The route begins at Marble Mountain Sno Park on the southwestern side of Mount St. Helens, a volcano that erupted in 1980. The event takes place on National Forest lands. Registration for the event closes on August 2, 2026. There is a 9 hour cutoff for the course.

Course

The route is 20 miles long and is run entirely on single-track trails. The course passes through lava fields, includes stream crossings, and goes through old-growth forest and volcanic terrain.
