The Bigfoot 20 Mile Run is scheduled for August 14, 2026, in Cougar, Washington. Registration for the event closes on August 2, 2026. There is a 9 hour cutoff for the course.

Course

The route is 20 miles long and is run entirely on single-track trails. The course passes through lava fields, includes stream crossings, and goes through old-growth forest and volcanic terrain.
