The Bewl 15 & 5 Mile races are organised by Wadhurst Runners and take place on 5 July 2026 at Blacksmiths Lane, Wadhurst, Sussex (TN5 6AZ), around Bewl Water. The event supports the Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSSAA). The races are part of a local series that attracts club runners from across Sussex.

The 15 mile route starts in Wadhurst, descends to join the round Bewl trail, follows shore paths with gently undulating sections, and includes a shorter hilly section on quiet lanes. There is a 4 hour time limit for the 15 mile route. The 5 mile race follows the first 2.5 miles of the 15 mile route and then returns along the same off-road route.

Advance entry prices are listed between £22 and £38. On-the-day entry fees are shown as £40 for the 15 mile and £25 for the 5 mile, subject to availability. Advance entries have minimum age limits: entrants must be 18 or over for the 15 mile and 15 or over for the 5 mile.

Route maps and GPX files are available for download. The event provides a bespoke finisher medal, a commemorative Bewl t-shirt, trophies for leading runners, and free parking where weather permits.
