Test your endurance at The Preserve at Lakewood in a unique elimination race. Complete two mile laps on rolling grass trails as the time limit grows shorter with every loop from sunrise to sunset.

A free July 4th 5K and 3K run/walk at Lakewood Nature Preserve in Greenville, SC. Entry requires Upstate Running Club membership or a $10 donation; camping is available for $25 and the event includes a potluck social and fireworks.

A 7K trail race at Paris Mountain State Park in Greenville SC with a moderate course that follows Lake Placid Trail, Mountain Creek Trail and park roads, finishing at Shelter 3. Registration opens December 21 2025.

Experience trail running near the Blue Ridge Mountains with 15K and 5K races at Table Rock State Park. Navigate creek crossings and climbs toward Pinnacle Mountain to earn finisher awards and enjoy mountain views.
