A capped 33-mile loop through Cookson Hills WMA on dirt and 4WD roads with about 4,500 feet of elevation gain; aid stations, drop-bag support, a themed finisher buckle, and an event hoodie for all participants.

Lake Vian Hilltop Run takes place Feb 28 to Mar 1, 2026 in Vian, OK on a two mile looped course with paved and dirt sections. Multiple distances are offered from a 4 mile up to 100 mile, with chip timing and real time lap tracking.
