The GTR 2026 is scheduled for Saturday, January 31, 2026, in Braggs, Oklahoma. The event moves to a new location for 2026: Gruber ORV Park (Hwy 10 and Tyler Rd). This is the 10th annual running of the event.

Logistics and policies

Shirt ordering is guaranteed only for registrations made by January 1, 2026. Packet pick up is on race day at the ORV park; participants must collect their packet before the race begins and there will be no late starts. Distance changes must be arranged before the race starts; starting a distance and then dropping that distance will be recorded as a DNF. No-show packets will not be mailed.

Awards include custom trophies for the top three male and top three female in each event, and a custom finisher medal for all finishers. The organizer will run the event regardless of temperature. If snow or ice in the week of the event makes the trail difficult, entries will be converted to virtual; if the event is cancelled for other uncontrollable reasons, entries will also be switched to virtual.
