The Lake Vian Hilltop Run takes place Saturday February 28 to Sunday March 1, 2026, at Vian City Lake Walking Trail in Vian, Oklahoma. The event offers multiple distances across Saturday and Sunday, with chip timing provided by The Timer Guys and active lap counts displayed in real time. Registration includes a shirt; entries made by February 9, 2026, receive a guaranteed shirt. Unisex shirt sizes are used for 2026. Deferrals are allowed through February 25, 2026. Finishers receive a medal for their selected distance; hundred mile finishers receive a buckle. Top three overall finishers are awarded per distance. Parent entries include one free child (age 15 or under) live-event entry.

Course, logistics and rules
The course is a standard 2-mile loop of mixed asphalt walking trail and single-track dirt trails that winds to a hilltop overlooking Lake Vian. Direction for all events is clockwise. Marathoners will run an Extra Magic add-on loop of 0.5 mile on the first lap, then complete twelve 2-mile loops for a total of 26.5 miles. Elevation is about 75 feet per mile. The event provides an official aid station near the start/finish and four designated self-supported aid areas. Porta potties are available at the start/finish and throughout the event period. Camping is allowed at the lake for this event; there are no RV hookups and two fire pits are provided. Overflow parking is at Armstrong Park, approximately 0.7 miles south, with a 0.75 mile walk on paved trails to the race site. Runners may not drop down to a shorter distance after starting; DNFs and disqualifications are handled per event rules. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
