The Lake Vian Hilltop Run takes place Saturday February 28 - Sunday March 1, 2026 at Vian City Lake Walking Trail, Vian, OK. The event offers multiple looped distances on a 2-mile loop course. Registration includes a unisex shirt; registrations made by February 9, 2026 are guaranteed a shirt. Chip timing with active lap counts is provided by The Timer Guys, with realtime lap updates shown on flatscreen and online. Finishers receive medals for their selected distance; 100-mile finishers receive a buckle. Top three overall finishers are awarded podium prizes for each distance. Participants who register for both a Saturday and a Sunday event receive a Hilltop Doubler hat instead of a second shirt.

Course and logistics
The course is a 2-mile clockwise loop of mixed asphalt walking trail and single-track dirt. Elevation is about 75 feet per mile. A 0.5-mile Extra Magic Loop is added for marathoners on their first lap; other runners may take it optionally. The official aid station is near the start/finish and there are four designated areas for self-supported aid stations. Porta potties will be available at the start/finish and throughout the event. Camping at Vian City Lake is permitted for this event; there are no RV hookups. Overflow parking at Armstrong Park requires a walk of about 0.75 miles on paved trails to the race site.
