Course and support

All courses use park trails including Tower Trail, Rocktop Trail, Crowders Trail, Pinnacle Trail, Turnback Trail, Fern Trail, and Ridgeline Trail. The 100 Miler route repeats a specified loop three times, then runs a partial fourth loop to finish, totaling 101 miles. The 100K repeats the loop twice and then runs a partial third loop to finish, totaling 67.35 miles. The 50 Miler follows the same loop twice for 53.79 miles. Four aid stations are on course: Crowders Ridge, Wolf Base, The 161 Aid Station, and Boulders Access. Aid station food includes pickles wrapped in bacon, cereal, gummies, pretzels, candy, fruit, and some hot options; drinks include Tailwind, water, and select sodas. Trekking poles are permitted.
