The Armstrong Valley Wine Run is a chip-timed 5k held at Armstrong Valley Winery, 212 Rutter Rd, Halifax, PA 17032, on March 15, 2026. The course starts and finishes near the parking area and tours the two vineyards. It is a cross-country style route with areas of uneven footing and some inclines; walking is allowed. The race is professionally timed by J3 Timing and results will be posted online at J3Timing.com. The event’s charity partner is Nik’s Wish.
Logistics and race features
Registration includes a T-shirt (ring spun cotton), a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a bottle stopper, a chip-timed race bib, results posted online, and a pour of wine. Minors receive a discounted registration that includes a shirt, medal and bib but do not receive a wine glass or a wine pour. Strollers are permitted but not recommended due to uneven ground; children in strollers may participate free and do not need to register. Dogs are not allowed on site. Packet pickup is race day only and opens one hour before the event. Age group awards are given to the top three finishers in each 10-year category (19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 & over) and are available for pickup on the day of the race; awards are not shipped.
