Explore More Outdoors Run for Fun 5K
The second annual Explore More Outdoors Run for Fun 5K takes place September 12, 2026, at the Conewago Day Use Area in Gifford Pinchot State Park, 1185 Alpine Road, Wellsville, PA 17365. The event is presented by Explore More Outdoors and uses a trail course that starts and finishes on the flat road.
Registration and number pickup are handled at the patio area of the Conewago Day Use Area. The event is open to all ages and levels. Amenities for preregistrants include a T-shirt and a goodie bag; all finishers receive medals. Additional provided items include an Explore More Outdoors pen, refreshments and snacks, indoor toilet facilities, ample parking and a finish-line time clock with instant results. Results are posted on Pretzel City Sports within one to two days. No refunds or mailed medals are offered.
Entry fees are described in the event information: $25 includes a guaranteed shirt if the entry is postmarked by August 29, 2026; later entries and day-of-race entries are $30, with shirts available while supplies last.
