Course details and logistics
- Aid stations are positioned every 3-7 miles and provide water, an electrolyte drink, sweet and salty snacks, and fruit. The 50 Mile course has longer gaps between some aid stations and additional food options at specific aid stations.
- The event is cupless; reusable cups are available at registration and on race day, or participants may bring their own.
- Drop bags are allowed at Spur Cross for the 50 Mile and 50K, and at Seven Springs for the 50 Mile. The 35K has no remote drop bag.
- Crews may access the start/finish and certain aid stations; pacers are permitted for segments of the 50 Mile and are not allowed for the 50K.
- Courses are marked with orange plastic ribbons with black polka dots and colored signs by distance. A park entry fee applies per vehicle.
