Ȟaȟá Wakpádaŋ Loopet Loppet

This event celebrates Dakota people, land, and traditions along Ȟaȟá Wakpádaŋ (Bassett Creek). Participants run or walk looped routes, choosing individual timed experiences or a team relay. Laps are completed on a main 5 mile loop; a shorter 1 mile loop is also used.

  • 6 hour individual complete as many 5 mile loops as possible
  • Relay team of 4 rotate runners between loops only
