10K Run for the Osprey is a fall running event at Lacawac Sanctuary in Lake Ariel, PA (William E. Chatlos Environmental Education Center, 182 Sanctuary Road). The event offers a 10K Trail Run and a 5K Walk.

The course is described as scenic, winding through diverse landscapes to support habitat conservation, with the Lacawac osprey nest overlooking Heron Pond as a seasonal home for the birds. Proceeds benefit Lacawac's Browning Beaver Meadow Sanctuary, a former NEPA Audubon sanctuary. Prizes are awarded to top male and female finishers and in several age groups.
