The event is held on private property in Centermoreland near Tunkhannock, PA, with the start and finish on the Young Family property at Pine Ridge Road. The terrain includes dirt roads, mowed grass fields, and wooded trails.

Course routing begins with a downhill start, then follows a mowed grass path through fields, a section on dirt road, and trail segments in the woods. The 5K includes roughly a mile of trails before returning on dirt road. The 10K continues deeper into the woods and fields and returns on dirt road after about four miles in the trees. The half marathon is two laps of the 10K course. Each 10K lap has approximately 750–850 feet of climbing, making the half marathon total about 1500–1700 feet of climbing. The course features multiple climbs and descents and offers varied views across fields and woodlands.

Aid and services for the half marathon include two water-only stations and three fully stocked aid stations offering fruit, snacks, water, soda, and other items. Awards are given to overall male and female winners in the 5K, 10K, and half marathon.
