Trail Running calendar near Sarasota 2025-2026

Enjoy scenic trail running through shaded woods and hammocks at Gator Wilderness Camp in Punta Gorda with 5k, 10k, 15k, a Kids Fun Dash and a virtual option. All entry proceeds support Gator Wilderness Camp School for adolescent boys.

Join Stomp Out Suicide on May 2 at Withlacoochee River Park for a scenic trail run or walk supporting suicide awareness. Choose from 10K, 5K or 1 mile and enjoy a race shirt, snacks and a finisher award.

Experience the Skunk Ape Night Run, a 30K under Florida stars on mixed trail terrain at Green Swamp. Enjoy well stocked aid stations, simple finisher swag and awards for the top four men and top four women.
