The Gator Wilderness Camp Trail Run/Walk takes place on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Gator Wilderness Camp School in Punta Gorda, Florida (44930 Farabee Road). The event offers multiple distance options:

Entry fees listed on the event page include $30 for the 5k, 10k, and 15k; the Kids Fun Dash is free; the virtual event fee is $39.30. Kids 14 and under are charged $15 for the 5k only. Special pricing of $20 is available for cross country runners aged 15-18 until April 20.

The course runs through woods and shaded hammocks on the camp's 250 acres. All race entry proceeds benefit Gator Wilderness Camp School, a 501(c)(3) residential school for adolescent males aged 10-15 from Southwest Florida. Shirts are guaranteed for registrations received by April 1. Awards will be given to overall and masters finishers and to top three finishers in five-year age groups for both males and females; similar awards apply for the 10k and 15k. The event notes that starts are located in three different places on the property and that course maps are available. No pets or running strollers are allowed.
