Trail Running calendar near South Elkington 2026-2027

The Hardmoors 26.2: White Horse will take place in Thirsk on Sunday 9 May 2027. You can run between 7 and 29 miles.

A brewery-to-brewery 50 km ultra through Nottinghamshire villages with checkpoints every 6-8 miles, solo or paired entry options, finish-line food and tap room access, and a commemorative pint glass for finishers.

A Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course at Braunstone Park on 15 May 2027 combining grass and path with climbs, crawls and slides. Waves start every 15 minutes, participants must be 13 or older and there is a minimum fundraising target of £50.

A backyard ultra on a 4.167 mile off road loop in the Lincolnshire Wolds that repeats hourly until one runner completes a solo lap. Entry is limited to 100 runners and basic HQ facilities, camping and mandatory kit are required.

A single stage 160 mile trail ultramarathon along the Cleveland Way and Tabular Hills with over 7000 m ascent and a 50 hour limit. Entries are capped at 60, all runners must have motorised support and trackers are included.

A 24 hour trail challenge in Edale on a fixed half marathon loop (23.3 km, 977 m ascent per loop). Runners repeat the loop after an initial clockwise lap, self-manage transitions and entry is limited to 50 participants.

An 11 km fell race on Burley Moor with 250 m of climb in Burley-in-Wharfedale on 6 November 2027. Open to adults 18 and over with pre-entry and on-the-day entry; team and junior entries are not included.
