November 2026
The final race of the 2026 RTT Series takes place in Afan Forest with separate 5 km and 10 km routes from Bryn Bettws Lodge. The event features chip timing, finisher medals, marked and marshalled routes and water stations.
A lap based road event at Rhydycar, Merthyr Tydfil, on a 5.3 km AUKCM certified tarmac circuit along the Taff Trail. Runners choose how many laps to complete within a seven hour limit and can opt for a no medal entry.
December 2026
A trail half marathon near Bridgend with mixed terrain, an initial eight mile section plus about five extra miles, limited to 70 runners and a prize for Christmas fancy dress.

A 43 mile point to point ultra from the Brecon Beacons to Nantgarw near Cardiff, following the Taff Trail through upland reservoirs and former railway and canal corridors. Five manned checkpoints and a midway drop bag at Merthyr are provided.
April 2027
A trail running event using the West Somerset Railway steam line, offering 11 km, 11 miles and a full marathon. Runners travel by steam train to their start points and finish outside Minehead Station, with routes through the Quantock Hills.
A 10 km multi terrain route from Selworthy Beacon down technical trails finishing on Minehead Beach with views over the Bristol Channel and Exmoor National Park.
A last-person-standing Backyard Ultra at the Medieval Village, Cosmeston Lakes: runners repeat a fixed 6706 m loop each hour until one athlete completes one more loop than anyone else. Camping and on-site facilities are provided.
Three coastal trail races on the Vale of Glamorgan coast on 24 April 2027, including a 32.5 mile ultra, 18.5 mile trail and 10 mile route. The course follows the Wales Coast Path and finishes at Ogmore-by-Sea Village Hall.
May 2027
A 5k obstacle course at Coopers Field, Bute Park, Cardiff, with tarmac paths and grassy sections that can get boggy after rain. The event raises funds for Cancer Research UK and uses staggered wave starts; participants must be 13 or older.
A 50 mile Somerset trail ultra with about 7337 ft ascent, coastal and moorland terrain, six aid stations and a 16 hour cutoff.
