Farmmageddon
Farmmageddon is a multi-distance trail event held at Hyde Hall Farm, Buntingford, SG9 0RU. The main format includes a 100 mile option staged over two days within a 32 hour time period. The route is a 5.3 km loop that mixes tarmac paths, grassland and trail.
The event provides an aid station with water at the lap point so participants do not need to carry all food and drink. Parking is included and secure on site. A parking attendant directs arrivals to parking and to the start area for race number collection. There is a baggage area where participants can leave warm clothes and shoes for after they complete their distance.
Finishers receive event awards: those completing the 100 mile distance receive a t-shirt and a buckle if the t-shirt was ordered before 21.3.27, otherwise the buckle is provided on completion day. Participants completing other distances receive a Farmmageddon medal or may choose one of the Hyde Hall Event medals. A bespoke event medal is presented at the finish and a lucky dip medal option may be available for some start choices.
