YHA 14 Mile Trail Run

YHA 14 mile trail run is a 14-mile off-road event held near Southease along the Lewes–Seaford line in East Sussex. The course begins with a climb and includes muddy sections, chalk descents, and rewarding views, designed as a single-loop trail with several elevation gains. Participants collect numbers at the YHA cafe and start near the top of a bridge, with water stops and a finish offering free tea/coffee and cake. Arrival by train or bike is advised due to limited parking. The event has 50 places, with price tiers and a levy for non-TRA/UKA members.
