Adult races are chip-timed. All finishers in the adult categories receive a replica world record medal. The event headquarters is at the Slinfold Cricket Club, where race number collection takes place. Facilities on-site include a professionally run warm-up session, separate restrooms for women, and a fully licensed bar. Refreshments such as tea, coffee, soft drinks, and cakes are available for purchase.

Historical artifacts, including a pair of Alf Shrubb’s running shoes from the Horsham Museum, are displayed at the cricket club during the event.
