Yeti 7/11 Hour Endurance Run

The Yeti 7/11 Hour Endurance Run takes place on March 21, 2026, at Sweetwater Creek State Park, 1750 Mt Vernon Road, Lithia Springs, Georgia. This is the event's 10th annual running. The event offers timed endurance formats of seven hours and eleven hours.

Race format and course

Runners complete a roughly 4-mile loop that uses the High Lake Trail and Ruins Trail inside the state park. The route includes single-track and double-track sections and some hills. The course is marked with ribbons. A GPX file for the course is available on UltraPacer.

Logistics and services

The event uses professional chip timing provided by Zen Arcade Timing. The aid station follows a 7-11 theme and is stocked with items such as hot dogs, pixie sticks, honey buns, crackers and chips, and water and electrolyte drinks; participants with special dietary needs are advised to bring their own cooler or fuel. This is a cupless event; each participant must bring a reusable cup for drinks and a separate cup for hot liquids. Bathrooms are available at the park shelter and nearby lots.
