Course, logistics and policies
The course follows the High Lake Trail and Ruins Trail inside Sweetwater Creek State Park. The route is marked with ribbon and a GPX file is available for planning. Packet pickup is held at the park group shelter. The event is cupless; a reusable cup is required for hot and other drinks. The aid station follows a 7-11 theme and is stocked with hot dogs, pixie sticks, honey buns, crackers and chips, and water and electrolyte drinks. Athletes with disabilities must be able to run the course; tethers and leg prosthetics may be used, and crutches, braces or poles may be allowed with race director approval.
