Course and race details
The loop follows park trails including the High Lake Trail and the Ruins Trail. The route includes single track, double track, carriage roads, a lake, a ridgeline jeep road, falls, and some historic sites. The course is marked with ribbon and a GPX file is provided by the organizer.
The event uses chip timing provided by Zen Arcade Timing. There is a themed aid station stocked with hot dogs, pixie sticks, honey buns, crackers and chips, plus water and electrolyte drinks; participants may bring a cooler for special dietary needs. The race is cupless: runners must bring a reusable cup. Packet pickup takes place at the park group shelter. Organizers state they do not offer refunds, deferrals, or transfers. Athletes with disabilities may enter but must be able to run the course and finish within the event cutoff; tethers, prosthetics, crutches, braces, or poles may be allowed with approval.
