The Yeti 7-11 Hour Endurance Run is a timed trail event held at Sweetwater Creek State Park in Lithia Springs, Georgia. The event uses professional chip timing provided by ZEN ARCADE TIMING. The event offers multiple timed endurance options:

Course and logistics

The course runs on trails inside Sweetwater Creek State Park, following the High Lake Trail and Ruins Trail. The event uses a looped course of about four miles that is marked with ribbons. A GPX file for the course is available for download.

Aid at the event is themed as a "7/11 style" station and includes hot dogs, pixie sticks, honey buns, crackers and chips, plus water and electrolyte drinks. Participants with special dietary needs are asked to bring their own cooler and fuel. This is a cupless event; each participant must bring a reusable or collapsible cup.

Athletes with disabilities may use tethers, leg prosthetics, crutches, braces, or poles (poles and other devices may require race director approval). The trail course is not suitable for wheelchairs.
