The Yeti 7/11 Hour Endurance Run is presented by Yeti Trail Runners at Sweetwater Creek State Park group shelter, 1750 Mount Vernon Rd, Lithia Springs, GA. The event is noted as the 10th annual edition and offers timed loop running on natural trail terrain.

The course is a roughly 4 mile loop featuring single track and double track sections, rolling hills, and generally runnable surfaces. Course highlights include a hidden lake, a jeep road that climbs to ridgeline views, waterfalls, and nearby historic sites. The trail is marked with clear ribbon markings and a GPX file is maintained for the course.
An on course aid station is stocked with 7 Eleven style items such as hot dogs, pixie sticks, honey buns, crackers, water, and electrolyte drinks; participants can bring a personal cooler for special dietary needs.
