The Yeti 7/11 Hour Endurance Run is an annual timed trail event held at Sweetwater Creek State Park in Lithia Springs, Georgia (1750 Mt Vernon Road). The 2026 running is listed as the 10th annual edition. The event offers two timed endurance options:
- 7-hour endurance run

All races are timed by ZEN ARCADE TIMING using chip timing and live lap counting.
Course and aid
The course is a roughly 4-mile loop that uses single track and double track sections on the High Lake Trail and Ruins Trail inside the state park. The loop includes hills, a hidden lake, ridgeline sections, falls, and historic sites. The route is marked with ribbon and a GPX file is available on UltraPacer.
The aid station follows a 7-11 theme and is stocked with items such as hot dogs, pixie sticks, honey buns, crackers, and water and electrolyte drinks. Participants with special dietary needs are asked to bring their own fuel.
Policies and equipment
The event is cupless; runners must bring a reusable cup (foam or collapsible for hot liquids and a reusable cup for other drinks). Entry accepts each entrant’s declared gender. Athletes with disabilities may use tethers, prosthetics, crutches, braces, or poles with approval; the course is not suitable for wheelchairs. The organizers do not offer refunds, deferrals, or transfers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
