The Yates-Astro Resolution Race and Trail Run to Benefit Bethesda is scheduled for Saturday, January 10, 2026, at Bethesda Academy, 9520 Ferguson Ave., Savannah, GA 31406. The event includes a main trail run and a separate Fun Run for children. Race proceeds support The Women’s Board of Bethesda for programs at Bethesda Academy. The event will proceed rain or shine. No strollers, no pets, and no race refunds.

Course, events and services

The main trail course is a 3.1 mile route across the 650+ acre Bethesda campus. The route passes marsh lines, tree lines, cattle pastures, a farm, an organic garden, and other campus features that are not usually open to the public. The terrain is family friendly but not suitable for strollers or pets.

The Fun Run is open to children ages 1 to 8 and takes place shortly before the main event. Fun Run participants receive a cowbell and a pancake breakfast. All runners are offered a complimentary pancake breakfast; additional breakfast tickets are available for purchase at the event for $5 each.

Registration pricing for the main 5K: $35 through December 25, 2025; $45 from December 26, 2025 through January 9, 2026; $50 on the day of the event. The Fun Run fee is listed as $15.
