Wy'east Trailfest is a two day mountain trail running event held at Mt. Hood Meadows in the Mt. Hood National Forest, Oregon. Several Saturday courses reach alpine terrain up to 8,000 feet. Sunday features shorter, more scenic trail races and a kids event.

Registration is open. The race fee covers a fully marked course, staging venue, parking, chip timing and results, staffed aid stations, medical support and communications, post race food and beverages, a custom finisher award and professional photography. The fee does not include race shirts, hats or other add-ons.
The 50K offers a podium prize purse totaling $12,000 distributed to the top three elite men and top three elite women; prize money policy for nonbinary athletes includes a performance threshold of 5:50:00 for 50K eligibility. Top three finishers receive guaranteed free entry to the following year.
The event site is at Mt. Hood Meadows on the southeastern side of the volcano off Highway 35. Nearest major airport is Portland International Airport and driving time from Portland is about 1.5 hours. RV and car camping is allowed on paved parking at Mt. Hood Meadows on Friday and Saturday with an overnight use fee; lodge restrooms are available 24 hours. Nearby lodging options include Government Camp, Parkdale and Hood River.
Organizers acknowledge that the event takes place on the traditional lands of the Molalla, Kalapuyan, Chinookan Clackamas, Wasco and Wishram, and Northern Paiute peoples and other Sahaptin speakers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
