The Wy'East Trailfest is a trail running event held on August 15–16, 2026 at the Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Area on Mt. Hood, Oregon. The event features races over two days.

Saturday's races include a 50 Miler, a 50K, a 28K, and a 14K course. The 50K is the USATF 50K Trail National Championship and has a prize purse. Sunday's races include a trail Half Marathon, an 8K, and a Kids Race.

The courses use alpine and forest trails on Mt. Hood. Descriptions provided by the organizer note the following details for each distance:

  • 50 Miler: Point-to-point course with 10,650 ft of elevation gain.
  • 50K: Point-to-point course with 6,900 ft of elevation gain.
  • 28K: 17.3-mile single loop course with 4,300 ft of elevation gain.
  • 14K Hill Climb: 8.9-mile up-and-down course with 2,700 ft of elevation gain.
  • Half Marathon: 13.1-mile single loop course with 2,400 ft of elevation gain.
  • 8K: 5.0-mile single loop course with 850 ft of elevation gain.
  • Kids Race: A 0.75-mile point-to-point route.
