Wy'east Trailfest is a mountain trail running event held at Mt. Hood Meadows on Mt. Hood, OR. The weekend offers a range of trail races that use alpine ridgelines, forests, wildflower meadows and waterfalls.

The 50 Miler is a point-to-point mountain course with 10,650 feet of gain and 8,800 feet of loss. The 50K is also point-to-point with 6,900 feet of gain and 5,900 feet of loss; it includes a twelve thousand dollar prize purse and serves as the USATF 50K Trail National Championship. The 28K is a 17.3 mile single loop with 4,300 feet of gain and 4,300 feet of loss.
The 14K Hill Climb is an 8.9 mile up and down course with 2,700 feet of gain on volcanic alpine trails. The Half Marathon is a 13.1 mile single loop with 2,400 feet of gain and loss, starting and finishing at the Mt. Hood Meadows main lodge. The 8K is a 5.0 mile single loop with 850 feet of gain and offers views of the Mt. Hood summit and the Timberline Trail.
The Kids Race is a 0.75 mile point-to-point route from a service road near Umbrella Falls onto the Beargrass Trail, finishing at Mt. Hood Meadows lodge. Children under six must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
