Wrun for Wray Targhee Hillclimb

The Wrun for Wray Targhee Hillclimb is a challenging 4.2-mile uphill race with a 2,200-foot elevation gain, held at Grand Targhee Resort in Alta, Wyoming. This event honors the memory of Wray Landon and supports the Wray Landon Legacy Fund. Participants race from the base area to the top of Fred's mountain, experiencing a fully exposed trail at high altitude (8,000 to 10,000 feet).

The race features live music, live timing, and free chairlift rides back to the base. Runners are advised to carry hydration and warm clothing, with drop bags provided at the midpoint. Experience trail running in the Bridger Teton National Forest with races ranging from 15K to 50K. Runners enjoy views of the Grand Teton and mountain wildflowers while spectators utilize local gondolas to follow the action.

An 18 km point to point trail run from Cache Creek to Game Creek in Bridger-Teton National Forest on July 25, 2026. The course is chip timed and offers an event shirt, finisher medal and limited shuttle support back to Snow King.

A 3-mile trail race in Jackson, WY, that gains 1,535 feet from Phil Baux Park to the gondola summit; runners get a free ride down and should carry their own hydration. Entry is $40 and registration before July 19 secures a t-shirt.
