Wirral Multi-Terrain League

Harrison Drive
Harrison Drive is one of four midweek races in the Wirral Multi-Terrain League held in September. The series uses varied surfaces including sand, rocks, mud and hills and is organised by the Wirral Multi Terrain Series. The Harrison Drive event takes place in Wallasey at The Derby Pool, Bay View Drive, postcode CH45 3QS, United Kingdom.
Senior race distances are between 6.5 km to 8 km on mixed terrain. Junior races for younger competitors are approximately 2 mile. Entrants are asked to be able to complete their race within one hour for safety reasons.
The series consists of four events at different venues in the Wirral area: Wirral Country Park, Royden Park, Harrison Drive (Wallasey) and Arrowe Park. Entry options include one-race entries and series entries; published fees show single-race entry prices lower than full-series fees and separate categories for under 15 and senior entrants.
Competition rules cover eligibility and awards. The series is open to first claim members of several UK Athletics affiliated clubs and allows second claim runners when their first claim club does not participate. Runners are expected to wear recognised club colours. Team and individual awards are based on performance across the series, with scoring typically calculated from the best three races out of four.
