The Winter Bumble Bimble Trail Run takes place on Sunday 30 November 2025 at the Park Gate Inn, 178 Kidderminster Road, Bromsgrove B61 9AJ. The winter event offers a single distance of 5 miles (approx 8 km). Entry places are limited to 300. Refunds or deferrals are not available; places may be transferred to another runner via Entry Central. All finishers receive a medal and an official time. Results will be published within 48 hours.
Course and logistics
The route is waymarked with arrows and supported by volunteer marshals. The course starts and finishes at the pub and runs across Dodford countryside, into a valley and through Nutnells Wood, looping over quiet lanes, fields and Fockbury Road before returning to the Park Gate Inn. Terrain is mostly trails with stiles, kissing gates, mud, woodland and long grass. There is some road use and very undulating ground with steep sections. A water station is provided at about 2.5 miles.
Parking at the venue is free but very limited; there is a small car park, grass verge parking and a nearby layby. Sanders Park is about 1.9 km away. Bags may be left in the event tent but the organisers are not responsible for valuables. Runners must collect their race number at registration onsite. Runners on the 5 mile route must be at least 11 years old and accompanied by an adult. One dog per runner is allowed on a lead and must be kept away from livestock. First aid is available onsite.
