The 10K uses the same course as the nearby triathlon event; the 5K follows the same start and finish but turns back earlier. Age minimums are 15 for the 10K events and 12 for the 5K events, measured by the day of the race. All finishers receive a custom medal and there are podium medals for top finishers in various categories, subject to a one prize per person policy. The event provides professional RFID chip timing, professional event photos (social-resolution images include an organiser logo; hi-res downloads are available for an additional charge), public liability insurance, and a results list and race documents such as route maps and a race manual.
