Event

The White Lake Ultras take place May 2-3, 2026 at White Lake State Park in Tamworth, New Hampshire. The event offers timed loop ultrarunning in three formats:

  • 24 Hour
  • 12 Hour
  • 6 Hour

Live split tracking will be available throughout the weekend. Volunteers may receive race credits and race swag.

Course and logistics

The course is a slightly technical 2.0 mile loop that is about 99% single and double track with a short section of beach and sidewalk. Each loop has approximately 50 feet of vertical ascent and a maximum elevation near 440 feet. There is one aid station located at the start/finish area; food at the aid station is for runners only. Runners may leave drop bags in the start/finish area for easy access each loop. There is a designated area near the start/finish where runners can set up gear and a 10x10 canopy for crew. Pacers are not allowed unless they register for one of the shorter events. No qualifications are required for entry. Course maps and live tracking are provided for the event. Run a rugged 23 km course in the White Mountains with a summit loop over Mount Chocorua. Steep climbs, technical singletrack and stream crossings deliver 4,500 feet of climbing and unforgettable alpine views.

Race The Cog sends runners along the Cog Railway from Bretton Woods to Mount Washington's summit, offering 2.75 mile and 5.5 mile options. Expect steep climbing, dramatic views, and alpine weather for a true mountain challenge.

The Ultratrax Cranmore will take place in North Conway on Saturday 27 June 2026. You can run between 7 and 28 miles.

The Loon Mountain Race will take place in Lincoln on Sunday 12 July 2026.
