White Lake Ultras

Tamworth, United States • 2 May 2026

Event details

The White Lake Ultras take place at White Lake State Park in Tamworth, New Hampshire. The event offers these timed race options:

  • 24-hour
  • 12-hour
  • 6-hour

No pacers are allowed. Friends may register for the 6-hour or 12-hour events to run together. Costumes are encouraged.

Course and logistics

The course is a roughly 2-mile single-track loop around the forested lakefront with one short section of beach and a short section of sidewalk. Each loop has approximately 50 feet of vertical ascent. The start/finish area and aid station are located on the beach.

The event is cupless: participants must bring their own hydration system (bottle, cup, vest, etc.) because aid stations will not provide disposable cups. The beach near the start/finish has space for runners to set up gear and be with their crew. Camping is available for Friday and Saturday nights and can be purchased through the event store; if a campsite is left set up on Saturday night a camping permit must be purchased, but no payment is required for Saturday night if the campsite is empty. Volunteers earn race credits toward future Aravaipa events. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
