Western Way – Maam to Leenane

This is a long-distance mountain running event on the Western Way route between Maam and Leenane in County Galway on Saturday 14 November 2026. The course covers 30 km with approximately 710 m of climb. The route is fully marked and GPS use is permitted.

The event is graded as difficulty 9 (3,3,3), indicating difficult terrain, more than 500 m of ascent, and a distance over 10 km.
