The Wasatch 100 is a challenging 100-mile endurance run held annually in Utah, starting at East Mountain Wilderness Park near Kaysville and finishing at Soldier Hollow in Wasatch Mountain State Park. The point-to-point course traverses the central Wasatch Mountains, featuring approximately 24,000 feet of cumulative elevation gain and 23,300 feet of loss. Runners experience diverse terrain, including steep climbs, mountain ridges, and scenic passes such as Francis Peak, City Creek Pass, and Baker Pass. The race includes 15 aid stations offering support and electrolyte drinks.
