DC Peaks takes place in Davis County, Utah, on October 3, 2026. The event offers three distances:

  • 50 miles
  • 55K
  • 25K

Start locations include Wilderness Park in Kaysville for the 50 mile and Tunnel Springs Park in North Salt Lake as the finish for the point-to-point 50 miler. The 55K and 25K use routes that share the final sections through Mueller Park and finish at Tunnel Springs Park.

Course, elevation and logistics

The 50 mile is a point-to-point course composed of trails (71%), service roads (24%), and about 2.5 miles of paved road. The 50 mile course lists approximately 10,490 feet of vertical gain and about 10,194 feet of descent, with elevations from 4,657 ft to 9,361 ft. The 55K includes about 7,800 feet of vertical gain. The 25K covers roughly 2,238 feet of vertical gain and uses the last 15 miles of the longer courses.

Pacers are allowed for the 50M and 55K at specified aid stations: 50M at Mile 30 (AS #4 Zig Zag) and Mile 35 (AS #5 Mueller Park); 55K at Mile 20 (AS #5 Mueller Park). Pacers must wear a pacer bib. Drop bags are permitted at the Start Line, Farmington Canyon (Mile 20), and Mueller Park (Mile 35) for the 50M; start and Mueller Park for the 55K; no drop bags for the 25K.

Entry fees: 50M $129 through Dec 25, then $189; 55K $129; 25K $69. Registration closes Sep 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM MT.
