Viper 5 mile trail run (Autumn edition) is held near Ingatestone, Essex, at The Viper in Mill Green. The 5-mile loop traverses countryside on public rights of way and is run in the dark, using the same course as the spring edition. It’s a small-capacity event (50 places) with first-come, first-served sign-up.

Eligible participants must be over 18. The event is 100% self-sufficient: bring water and provisions; phones and headtorches are compulsory, and high-visibility or waterproof clothing is recommended. After finishing, you hand in your number to receive a drink at the bar.
