Entries are processed through the event booking partner Let's Do This; participants need an account with that provider to complete registration. Race bibs and timing chips are collected at the registration desk on event day. The timing chip is attached to the race bib and should be secured to an outer garment for correct operation.

The course is measured and finishes include a quality finisher medal. Event provisions include hydration stations, kilometre markers, course marshals, music, an instructor led warm up, and goody bags containing sports nutrition snacks and offers. Race day photos will be available online after the event and are provided free of charge.
