Twisted Trail 10k

Forest, United States • 12 Jul 2025

The Twisted Trail 10k is an annual trail running event held in Forest, Virginia, at the New London Tech Trails. The 2025 race, its fifth edition, features a 10-kilometer course running through three loops—Orange, Blue, and Green—on well-maintained trails with minimal trip hazards. Due to construction, the course and start/finish area have been adjusted but remain within the same trail system.

The race offers water stops, age group awards, and gender-specific race shirts. It also serves as the RRCA Virginia State 10K Cross Country Championship, awarding top finishers across various age categories. The event is hosted by Bedford County Parks and Recreation and emphasizes community, fellowship, and a scenic trail experience. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
