Event overview
The 2026 Twisted Oak 4k & 8k takes place on March 21, 2026 at Twisted Oak Farm Brewery in White Post, Virginia (912 White Post Rd). The event offers two race distances:
- 4k : one lap around the brewery property
- 8k : two laps around the brewery property
The course is a cross country route on brewery grounds. Organizers note there are not any major hills and course maps include elevation information.
Race services and logistics
Participants receive one glass of beer from Twisted Oak Farm Brewery, a finisher’s medal, a technical (Drifit) event shirt, and chip timing. A virtual race option is available. Water stations are placed along the courses: five on the 8k at approximately mile markers 1.7, 2.4, 2.6, 4.3, and 4.5, and two on the 4k at approximately mile markers 1.7 and 2.4; some stations will include Gatorade. Restrooms are available inside the brewery. Early registration fees listed are $35 for the 4k and $45 for the 8k through February 28, with higher fees after that date and an additional $5 increase on race morning. T-shirt sizes are guaranteed for runners registered before March 11. Awards are given to the top three men and women overall and to first and second place in multiple age groups.
