Trail of Honor: Cody Myers Memorial Race

The Trail of Honor: Cody Myers Memorial Race is a community trail event in Lock Haven, PA. The event offers multiple run and ruck options and benefits the Cody Myers Legacy Scholarship, administered by the Keystone Central Foundation.

The main route starts and finishes at the Sons of Italy Campground and follows Scootac Road on an out-and-back course. The terrain is a mix of dirt and singletrack trail, described as generally flat and built for rhythm and speed. The course reports just under 900 feet of total elevation gain and includes two stocked aid stations located near mile 2 and near the turnaround at about mile 4.25. Volunteers will staff the course, which is clearly marked and open to runners, hikers, and ruckers.

The event is organized by Cody’s family and friends in partnership with the Keystone Central Foundation and the Sons of Italy Lodge #146. Timing is used, but the event is presented with a community-first, low-key approach. Proceeds support the Cody Myers Legacy Scholarship for graduating seniors in the Keystone Central School District who demonstrate leadership and mentorship.
