Practical details: parking is at Centre de Ski Le Relais about 900 meters from the start; camping in that parking is not permitted and street parking is prohibited. Bib transfers and event changes are allowed up to two weeks before the event for a fee of CA$10. If the event is cancelled, participants have 30 days to choose between donating part of their fee, deferring to the next edition, or requesting a partial refund according to the stated policy.

Childcare is provided for children aged 4 and over; online registration is required by May 30 and the fee is CA$20. Prize money of CA$7,400 is awarded to the top five finishers of the 50 km.
