The 5K Foam Fest in Lac-Beauport
The 5K Foam Fest is an obstacle-course festival held at Centre de Ski Le Relais in Lac-Beauport on August 8, 2026. The event features more than 25 obstacles, including a large inflatable slide, mud pits and approximately 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Music plays throughout the day and the site includes food vendors, local sellers and a beer garden in the festival area.
Obstacles are optional; participants may walk, run or attempt elements at their own pace. Children aged 7 and older may take part in the main course; those aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult. Participants aged 13 to 17 may attend without an adult but must follow course rules. Legal guardians of minors must sign a waiver. Children under 6 cannot join the main 5K but have free access to a kids entertainment area with a mini inflatable obstacle and bounce house with adult supervision required.
The individual ticket listed includes a race entry, festival wristband, mesh bag, neck gaiter, finisher medal, Foam Fest tattoo, water stations, post-race shower and changing room access, festival access and a free finish-line photo.
