The 5K Foam Fest in Quebec City
The event is scheduled for Saturday August 8, 2026 at Centre De Ski Le Relais in Lac-Beauport, Quebec. It is a 5 km run that includes more than 25 obstacles. The organizer lists a large inflatable waterslide described as the world s largest, multiple slip n slides, foam zones and mud features at some venues.
Course elements named in the program include Electrolit Foamy Start, Chamber of Foam, Slip n Slide, Spider Web Forest, Log Roll, Cargo Climb, DD Mega Slide and Electrolit Foamy Finish. Mud Crawl and Mud Pit are indicated as present at certain venues only. The event states that about 2.5 million cubic feet of foam are pumped at each event.
A festival area runs alongside the course with a free Kids Fun Zone, a live DJ, food vendors, a licensed beer garden, a merch tent, shaded areas, water stations and a rinse station. Included items listed for participants are a string bag, a 5K foam buff, a finisher medal, a festival wristband and a temporary tattoo; a low resolution finish photo is provided free with a high resolution option for purchase.
