The Trail Coureur des Bois de Duchesnay presented by Hoka is a trail running event at the Station touristique Duchesnay. The 2025 edition is scheduled for 18 and 19 May 2025 and expects about 2,500 runners and walkers. The event is sanctioned TRAIL by Athlétisme Québec and is associated with Québec Mega Trail, which offers two randomly drawn race entries among participants. The event received the Novae 2020 innovation award. The organizer provides course maps, GPX files and elevation profiles for participants.

The 48 km course has a positive elevation gain of 1,530 m, includes about 26 km of single track from Lac Jaune, several ridge segments with steep climbs and descents, and rocky sections around km 38–40. Completing the 48 km awards 2 ITRA points; the 48 km is for runners aged 18 and over. The 34 km is approximately 34 km with 950 m positive gain and awards 1 ITRA point; it is for runners aged 18 and over. The 25 km shows 750 m positive gain and adds a 6 km loop from the 18 km route via the Lac Jaune trail. The 18 km (595 m) and 8 km (257 m) follow mixed single track, ski and raquette trails; the 8 km finishes near the Caribou building.
