The Trail Coureur des Bois de Duchesnay presented by Hoka is a multi-distance trail running event held in May at the Station touristique Duchesnay. The event attracts about 2,500 runners and walkers. Courses use a mix of single track, ski trails, raquette trails, and forest roads with several viewpoints on Lac Saint-Joseph and Lac Sergent. The event is sanctioned TRAIL by Athlétisme Québec.

The 48 km route has a listed positive elevation gain of 1,530 m, combines ski pistes and forest paths, includes a long single-track segment and a new section with steep ridges. A rocky section is noted around km 38 to km 40. The 34 km course has about 950 m positive gain and mixes single track and wider trails. The 25 km route has about 750 m gain and adds a 6 km loop to the 18 km trace. The 18 km course lists about 595 m gain and shares portions with the 8 km. The 8 km course lists about 257 m gain and finishes near the Caribou building; roots and wooden footbridges are present. The short courses use parts of the longer routes for beginners and youth.
Sanctioning, points and associations
The 48 km finishers receive two ITRA points and the 34 km finishers receive one ITRA point. The 48 km is listed as a qualifying race for the QMT 135 km.
