Trail du Coureur des Bois de Duchesnay
The Trail du Coureur des Bois de Duchesnay takes place at Station touristique Duchesnay and gathers about 2500 runners and walkers. The event is TRAIL sanctioned by Athlétisme Québec, includes multiple distances, awards ITRA points on selected races, and is associated with Québec Mega Trail.

The 48 km route has a positive elevation gain of 1620 m. It combines cross country ski tracks, forest roads and roughly 10 km of single track, provides viewpoints over Lac Saint Joseph and Lac Sergent, and includes rocky technical sections around km 38 to 40. Completing this race awards 2 ITRA points and it remains a qualifier for Quebec Mega Trail 135.
The 34 km course is approximately 34 km with about 1100 m of elevation gain. It mixes single track, managed trails, snowshoe and ski tracks and offers lake views. Finishers of the 34 km receive 1 ITRA point.
Other formats include the 25 km with 750 m of positive elevation, the 18 km with 550 m, the 8 km with 225 m which finishes in front of the Caribou building and features roots and small wooden bridges, and the 3 km covering the first 1.5 km of the 8 km with 67 m of elevation for younger participants.
