The 48 km course has a positive elevation gain of 1,530 m and includes single track, ski and forest trails, ridge segments, and rocky sections around km 38–40. The 34 km course is listed at approximately 34 km with +950 m. The 25 km course has +750 m and includes the Lac Jaune section plus a 6 km loop. The 18 km course has +595 m and follows part of the 8 km route before diverging. The 8 km course has +257 m and finishes in front of the Caribou building; it includes roots, logs and small wooden bridges. The youth race uses a 1.5 km segment with +67 m and is for younger participants. The 48 km awards two ITRA points; the 34 km awards one ITRA point.
