Event Overview
The Tractor Trail 5K is an outdoor running event held at Spicer Orchards in Fenton, Michigan. The course utilizes the orchard's established Tractor Trail, also known as the hayride trail. Participants run through a landscape that includes apple trees, berry patches, wooded areas, and views of classic farm equipment.
There are three distinct participation options available:
- 5K Run/Walk: A timed race on the orchard grounds.
- Kids Fun Run!: An untimed run specifically for children.
- Virtual: A 5K option for those participating from a different location.
The 5K Run/Walk is professionally managed and chip-timed, providing participants with live results. Registration for this distance includes a custom dri-fit race shirt, a commemorative race bib, and a finisher medal. Following the race, participants can access free race photos and refreshments. Runners who are 21 years of age or older have the choice of sweet cider or hard cider after the event.
The Kids Fun Run! provides a non-competitive environment for younger participants. Children receive a dri-fit shirt, a finisher medal, and a commemorative bib. Post-race refreshments for the kids run include sweet cider and fruit.
