Thompson Millennium Green 10k & 5k

The event comprises multi-terrain runs along pathways, lanes, and bridleways in and around Thompson. Marshals will be positioned along the course and a photographer usually records runners.

Entry fees (including admin fee) are shown for affiliated and unaffiliated categories: 10k affiliated £19.10, 10k unaffiliated £21.10; 5k affiliated £15.10, 5k unaffiliated £17.10. Entrants must be 15 years or older for the 10k and 11 years or older for the 5k. The course is not suitable for wheelchairs, buggies, or pets. Entries are non‑refundable; transfers to another runner are available until midnight on 28/09/2026.

The runs are not chip timed. The run cut-off time for both distances is 12.30pm. Bespoke medals are provided for all finishers. Trophies are awarded to the first, second, and third male and female runners for both distances; prize giving will be around 12.30pm and no later than 12.45pm.

Facilities at Thompson Community Hall, School Rd, Thompson, Norfolk, IP24 1PY include refreshments, toilets, signposted parking, an unattended baggage area, and a large children’s play area. Water is provided at approximately 6k and at the finish; participants are asked to bring a refillable bottle where possible. Medical assistance is available on site and marshals can summon help. In‑ear headphones are banned; bone conducting headphones are permitted if runners can hear marshal instructions. Trail marathon and half marathon along Marriott's Way on 15 February 2026 with optional coach transport. Entries are limited to 400 and 5% of each entry supports East Anglian Air Ambulance.

This festival offers a range of distances on a looped course through Thetford Forest. With an aid station on the lap and complimentary refreshments, it's a self-contained event. Part of your entry fee supports the forest's upkeep.

A circular half marathon through Thetford Forest on mixed trail surfaces, with manual timing, finisher medals and podium trophies. The race is cupless with refill stations and has a 3.5 hour cut off.

A guided 16k trail run at High Lodge in Thetford Forest led at a conversational pace, including forest facts and practical trail running tips. Terrain is mostly flat with some small hills; parking is charged at £4 and entry is £17.50.
