Thompson Millennium Green 10k and 5k

This event uses multi terrain pathways, lanes and bridleways in and around Thompson, marshalled throughout the course. Distances offered:

• 10 km
• 5 km

Registration opens from 9.30am at Thompson Community Hall, School Rd, Thompson, Norfolk, IP24 1PY. Entrants must be 15 years or older for the 10 km and 11 years or older for the 5 km. The course is not suitable for wheelchairs, buggies, or pets.

Entry fees are published for affiliated and unaffiliated runners; the listed prices vary between the event entry page and the ticketing offers. Entries are non refundable and cannot be deferred. Transfers to another runner are permitted until midnight on 28/09/2026.

The runs are not chip timed. There is a run cut off time of 12.30pm for both distances. Bespoke medals are provided for all finishers. Trophies are awarded to the first three male and female finishers in each distance. Prize giving is scheduled around 12.30pm and will finish by 12.45pm.

On site facilities include refreshments, toilets, parking, an unattended baggage area and a large children s play area. Water is available at approximately 6 km and at the finish; runners are asked to bring a refillable bottle where possible. Medical support includes marshals and an on site ambulance. In ear headphones are banned; bone conducting headphones are permitted provided marshal instructions remain audible.
