Thompson Millennium Green 10K

Event overview

The Thompson Millennium Green 10k and 5k take place in Thompson, Norfolk on 05/10/2025. Both races use multi-terrain routes that run along pathways, lanes, bridleways, tracks across farmland and byroads in and around Thompson. The courses start and finish on the Green and include sections on Griston Road and Peddars Way. The 10k carries on down an extra byroad before joining Peddars Way. The routes are described as fairly flat. The 10k carries race licence number 29476. All profits from the two races will be donated to Thompson Millennium Green.

Both races provide bespoke medals for all runners and trophies for male and female 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. Entries are non-refundable; transfers to another runner are permitted until 28/09/2025. Both races are not chip timed. There is a 1 hour 30 minute cut off for the event. Age limits apply: entrants must be at least 15 years old for the 10k and at least 11 years old for the 5k on race day. Facilities listed include refreshments, toilets, parking and an unattended baggage area. Medical teams will be present on site. In-ear headphones are banned; bone-conducting headphones are permitted if marshal instructions can still be heard.
