Yeti Ultra Trail Washington

The Yeti Ultra Trail Washington is an out-and-back trail event on the Palouse to Cascades Trail, based at the Hyak Trailhead in Washington. The surface is crushed limestone, with a total elevation gain of 1,916 feet and a maximum grade of about 5 percent. The course includes scree fields, valley views, and the 2.3-mile Snoqualmie tunnel.

Distances offered:

  • 200K (new)
  • 100 miles
  • 100K

For 2026 the course route is changed because of trail damage near Homestead and North Bend. The 2026 route starts at Hyak, goes through the tunnel to Garcia, returns to Hyak, and then proceeds to Crystal Springs. A lower 8-mile section will not be used due to trail damage.

The event lists an 85 percent finish rate for its course. Timing is provided by a professional chip timing service. The organizer notes that the course is easy to crew and allows pacers. Camping is listed as available. Registration opens December 1, 2025. The event dates are June 26-27, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
