North Bend Trail Fest

North Bend Trail Fest is a two-day trail running festival in North Bend, Washington on October 3-4, 2026, organized by Mountain Running Races. The event centers on mountain terrain near Mount Si and uses Torguson Park as the festival site.

Featured races include:

  • Skyline 30K, ~6,300 ft elevation gain
  • Mt Si VK, under 5K with 1,000 m vertical gain
  • Little Si 10K, ~1,275 ft elevation gain
  • North Bend Double, both VK and Skyline combined, limited field

The Skyline 30K serves as the Vert Running Series championship and is an UTMB Index 20K event. Divisions for all races include Elite, Sport, and Masters 45plus, plus Men, Women, and Nonbinary categories. The event offers a $4,500 prize purse for elite results and specific prize eligibility rules for nonbinary athletes in the elite field.

Finishers receive custom finisher awards or three trees planted through a reforestation partnership; 30K and Double entries include a post-race meal. Seven dollars from each Skyline 30K registration is donated to Recovery Beyond. The Mt Si VK is limited to 70 runners and the North Bend Double is limited to 50 runners. Festival features at Torguson Park include a food tent, community gravel ride, climbing wall, kids races, inflatable race, kombucha on tap, and sponsor demos.
