All four formats use the same 4 mile loop. The winner in each category is determined by the maximum number of laps completed in the chosen duration. Entries open 1 February 2026. Entry fees by category (affiliated / non-affiliated): Rowan £30 / £32, Ash £40 / £42, Beech £50 / £52, Oak £60 / £62 (service fees apply). Entries close two weeks before the event. Refunds are available up to four weeks before the start; deferrals are allowed up to two weeks before the start and deferrals cannot be refunded at a subsequent race. There is ample parking, vendor stalls and refreshment stalls. If an Amber or Red weather warning is issued by the Met Office, the event cannot go ahead; organisers may reschedule or hold the run virtually.
