The Whole Enchilada : Key course information

The Whole Enchilada takes place at Trail Hub, 722 Chalk Lake Rd, Uxbridge, Ontario. The event is organized by Green Newton Adventures in partnership with Trail Hub. The Trail Hub property covers 140 acres and provides direct access to 8 km of on-site trails. The surrounding Durham Region includes about 6,000 acres of forest and over 240 km of interconnected trails.

Routes pass through Durham Forest, Walker Woods and Glen Major. The course includes significant elevation gain with steep ascents and technical descents. Trails are well marked and aid stations supply water, electrolytes and small food items; participants are advised to bring any specific personal nutrition they prefer.

Start and finish are centralized at Trail Hub, with on-site parking and washroom facilities at the start/finish area. The race is sanctioned by Athletics Ontario. Fifty percent of Hike Enchilada fees are donated to local environmental initiatives and the event operates as a cup-free race; participants should bring a reusable cup or container. Trail runs nearby

Two trail-and-road runs in Uxbridge : 10 km and 5 km : starting and finishing at Elgin Park. A fundraiser for the new Uxbridge Hospital, with online registration open Feb 1 to June 10, 2026.

A 5 km festival run on August 29 and 30 2026 at Dagmar Ski Resort featuring over 25 obstacles, 2.5 million cubic feet of foam, a free kids zone and on-site food and entertainment.

Trail races and hikes take place at Slabtown Cider Co on private Woodnewton Farm trails in Uxbridge, ON. Multiple distances range from a 1 K kids run to a 40 K five loop event and the hike donates part of its fee to trail restoration.

Trail race at Long Sault Conservation Area offering 2 km, 7 km, 14 km, 21 km and a timed six hour event. The course uses two 7 km loops with a single aid station and limited on site parking.
