Long Sault Trail Race & Ultra

The event takes place at the Long Sault Conservation Area in Bowmanville, Ontario. It offers several trail running distances, all based on a combination of two 7 km loops.

Available distances:

  • Squirrel 2K Kids Fun Run (2 km)
  • Morning Rabbit 7K Run/Hike (7 km - one loop)
  • Afternoon 7K Rabbit Run (7 km - one loop)
  • Racoon 14K Run (14 km - both different loops)
  • Coyote 21K Run (21 km - both loops, plus a third)
  • Deer 6 Hour Race (6-hour race - alternating loops)

An aid station is located at the start/finish line. Prizes are awarded for first, second, and masters positions in each distance, subject to registration numbers. Parking costs $7 per vehicle and can be paid for online in advance.

All participants receive swag. The kids' run is sponsored by North Oshawa Dairy Queen, providing an ice cream voucher to every participant. Cotton hoodies are available for sale, with all proceeds donated to CLOCA.
