Course, distances and logistics
Distances offered:
- 2K Kids Fun Run
- 7K single loop on trail
- 14K two different 7K loops
- 21K three loops using the two 7K trails
- 6 hour event - complete as many 7K loops as possible in six hours
The course is based on two 7K all-trail loops. There is one aid station at the start/finish with lemon/lime Skratch, water, and typical snack items; participants should be able to carry what they need between aid station visits. The 6 hour event requires participants to finish loops within the event time limit and may prevent starting a loop that cannot be completed in time. Parking on site is limited; parking costs $7 per vehicle and a paid receipt must be shown at registration. Every registered participant receives a custom pair of Outway socks. A Kids Fun Run ice cream voucher is provided by North Oshawa Dairy Queen. Hoodies are available for purchase, with proceeds to CLOCA.
